Service Overview
By requesting or authorizing any repair service, including in-store or mail-in services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Services include diagnostics, repairs, part replacements, refurbishments, and software or technical work on electronic devices.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must be 18 years of age and the legal owner of the device or have permission to authorize repairs. Please remove, memory cards, cases, and accessories before service.
Mail-In Repair Service
Customers are responsible for shipping devices to us. Return shipping is included in the repair price unless otherwise stated.
After an order is placed, shipping instructions will be sent via email. No payment is required upfront.
If additional issues are discovered, we will contact you before completing additional work. Once repairs are completed, an invoice will be emailed. Devices ship within 24–48 business hours after payment.
If repairs are declined or not possible, no labor fee is charged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Turnaround Times
Repair turnaround varies based on parts availability, damage condition, and workload. Time estimates are guidelines and not guarantees.
Current repair time: 5-7 business days from when device is received.
Device ships within 24–48 business hours after payment.
Risks of Repair
Electronics repairs involve inherent risks. Devices may experience additional failure during or after repair due to pre-existing damage, corrosion, liquid exposure, software issues, or component wear.
Successful repair results are not guaranteed. If a device cannot be repaired, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Data & Personal Information
We do not guarantee preservation of data or personal content. Backing up devices before service is strongly recommended. Repairs may require resets or updates that can result in data loss. We are not responsible for data loss or inaccessible data.
Repair Authorization
Authorizing a repair gives permission to:
• Open the device
• Perform component-level repairs
• Replace parts
• Update software or firmware
• Test device functionality
Opening a device may void manufacturer warranties.
Repair Warranty & Refund Policy
All repair services are final sale. Refunds are not offered for any service once work has been completed.
Each repair includes a 30-day or 90-day limited warranty, depending on the specific repair performed. The warranty covers only the original issue that was serviced. If the same issue reoccurs within the applicable warranty period, we will re-perform the original repair at no additional labor cost.
Customers are responsible for shipping the device back to us for warranty service. Return shipping to the customer will be covered by us.
This warranty does not constitute a refund or replacement guarantee. Claims of a failed repair do not qualify for a refund.
The device must be returned to us for inspection and repair evaluation before any warranty decision can be made.
This warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, physical or liquid damage, misuse, accidental damage, or any modifications or repairs performed after service by a third party.
Parts & Quality
OEM, aftermarket, refurbished, or reclaimed parts may be used depending on availability and customer preference. Part requests must be made before work begins.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping devices to us. Return shipping is included in the repair price unless otherwise stated.
Please double-check your shipping address before sending your device or placing an order, as we can’t reroute packages once they’ve shipped.
We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, all shipping-related issues must be handled directly with them.
Payment & Fees
Payment is due at completion of service. Devices left unpaid after 30 days may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned.
Abandoned Devices
If payment, communication, or return shipping remains unresolved for over 30 days, devices may be classified as abandoned. We may sell, recycle, or dispose of abandoned devices to recover costs.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued service use constitutes agreement to the latest version.
