Mail-In Stick Drift Repair $34.99

$0.00
Controller Type:

This service is intended for controllers experiencing stick drift, where the joystick moves on its own or does not center properly. This issue is most commonly caused by worn or failing joystick sensors.

Controller must power on and be otherwise functional to qualify for this service.

What’s Included

  • Professional removal of the faulty joystick sensors

  • Installation of brand-new replacement sensors (same model as original)

  • Calibration and full testing after repair

  • Final inspection before your invoice is sent

Warranty

This repair includes a 30-day limited warranty covering the replaced joystick sensors only.
This does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, or unrelated issues.

Important Notes

Due to the mechanical nature of standard joystick sensors, stick drift may develop again over time, just as it did originally.

For a longer-lasting solution, we also offer TMR joystick upgrades, which use contactless magnetic technology to greatly reduce the chance of stick drift returning.

This service is for stock, unmodified PlayStation and Xbox controllers only.
We do not service custom, Elite, or Edge controllers.

How Mail-In Works

You ship your device to us using your preferred carrier. Return shipping is included in the repair price unless noted otherwise. After placing your order, we’ll email you shipping instructions — no upfront payment required.

Once repairs are complete, we’ll send your invoice and ship your device within 24–48 business hours after payment.

If a repair isn’t possible or is declined, there’s no labor charge — only return shipping applies.
