This does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unrelated issues.
TMR joysticks are designed to prevent stick drift caused by mechanical wear. However, they do not protect against physical damage, liquid exposure, or other unrelated controller issues.
All PlayStation and Xbox controllers must be stock and unmodified.
If your controller is not listed or has been modified, it does not qualify for this service.
For DualSense Edge controllers, please make sure both stick modules are installed before sending in your device.
